We’ll help you ensure that you remain compliant at all times, and that your subcontractors follow the requirements of the Construction Industry Scheme.

​We’ll verify every worker’s CIS status with HMRC and they’ll receive their take-home pay on time every time. For workers who aren't yet registered with CIS, we can support them in their registration. The scheme is designed to ensure that only the correct amount of tax is taken each week, according to their tax status with HMRC.

Note that not all roles are suitable for a self-employed subcontractor and you should assess whether Supervision, Direction and Control (SDC) exists for each assignment. Remove the time-consuming admin

For every CIS subcontractor, we’ll complete the HMRC verification and ensure that CIS returns are accurately submitted to HMRC. We have 100% compliance as every transaction is audited, and we make sure that workers are paid on time every time.

How it works

1. Super easy setup
You’ll send us a referral which includes the subcontractor’s name and contact information, plus a brief description of the role and gross rate. We can accept referrals in a format that suits you (excel spreadsheet, email etc).
 
2. Subcontractor onboarding
We’ll contact the subcontractor to run through everything they need to know about their pay. We’ll issue our contract of service and start the quick and easy onboarding process.
 
3. You submit timesheets to us
We’ll process payroll ensuring the correct CIS deduction (where applicable) is taken according to the worker’s verification status with HMRC.
 
4. Invoicing and Payment
We’ll send you an invoice for the subcontractor’s services. As soon as we receive payment from you, we will pay the self-employed subcontractor directly into their bank account.
 
5. Compliance is key
You will receive comprehensive reports showing that all taxes have been accurately disclosed and paid to HMRC under our registered CIS scheme.
