​We’ll take on the admin involved in engaging Limited Company contractors by ensuring all checks are completed prior to their start date. We'll also make sure that the PSC has adequate insurance in place for the duration of their assignment.

It’s important to understand that an umbrella company acts as an employer for your PAYE contractors, handling their payroll, taxes, and holiday pay. Meanwhile, a limited company is a business that operates under its own legal structure, managed by the company director.

Where businesses have a limit on how many suppliers they can engage at any one time, this option allows you to work with an unlimited number of PSCs without the need to increase your AVL.

Time and cost savings

​We remove the administrative burden from the hirer, from processing timesheets and raising purchase orders, to paying invoices.

Hirers have the benefit of utilising our extended BACs deadline, meaning timesheets can be altered with no penalty up until 12pm on a Thursday.

Compliance checks completed

Our service includes issuing terms of business, completing ID checks and PSC due diligence, whilst reviewing required business insurance. We are also able to offer assistance to the PSC in obtaining sufficient insurance for the duties they will be performing.

Easy switch of pay methods

In cases where an assignment is deemed to be inside IR35, we can easily switch the worker to an umbrella model and deduct the necessary tax and NI at source.

How it works

​1. Super easy setup

You’ll send us a referral which includes the contractor’s name, limited company name and contact information, plus a brief description of the role and gross rate. We can accept referrals in a format that suits you (excel spreadsheet, email etc).

2. PSC onboarding

We’ll contact the worker to run through everything they need to know about their pay. We’ll issue our terms of business and start the quick and easy onboarding process, which includes full due diligence of their registered company.

 

3. You submit timesheets to us

We’ll process each timesheet and raise a self-billing invoice. This removes the need for the PSC to submit their own, and eliminates the time it takes to chase missing invoices for payment.

4. Invoicing and Payment

We’ll send you an invoice for the PSC's services including all fees. As soon as we receive payment from you, we will pay the PSC directly into their business bank account.
