Our Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) model is a fully outsourced direct PAYE solution for all levels of pay from NMW upwards. The standard PAYE rate is all the worker sees, with no umbrella-style "minimum rate" required. All employment and tax responsibilities sit with us, and each worker gains access to statutory benefits, pension contributions and a straightforward “traditional” payslip. The service is free for the worker, and provides full IR35 and HMRC compliance.
